Message	is to just bend back and forth. The entire outside appears to be flush to the body but it's just a ruber coating to cover the metal to the body. Once you bend the tray back and forth you'll notice the tray start to come up on the sides. Bending it back and forth eventually will slowly break the welds. It'll take a while but it works like a charm. Done it on 4 Z's already.
