since you don't list anything in your profile, I'll assume your car is stock... JWT Pop Charger - $95

Jim Wolf Technology Streeet Clutch - $400 that's $6730 assuming you can do the install yourself. Having a shop do it could run you up to $2,000, putting you easily over your limit. But I'm also hoping you have some of these mods done to your car already. A boost controller would be a nice thing (though not exactly necessary since you're replacing/upgrading and not flat out upgrading) to do at the same time as well as replace the wiring harness as the car will be out. 2 things that'll total ~$800 plus install as well. This doesn't even include and aftermarket intercooler setup, so tack a grand onto that if you want to boost over ~20psi (GT2530's flow some cold air, being bigger, so you can go a little higher on stock IC's than you could with stock turbos). Not to mention the various other things that the shop doing the work (or you) will find need replacement once the engine is out. If you're having a shop do the work, and now see that you'd be really close to needing a lot of extra money, I'd recommend the JWT Sport 500's because they're only $2,000 (saving you almost the cost of install over the GT2530's) and just because they can "only" do ~500bhp certainly does not mean they're not great turbos. TD05's will cost more because I'd recommend 740cc/min injectors over 555, and your 91 will require some modification to fuel rails and harnesses to accomodate those, not to mention that, being such high flowing turbos, you'll need to do a little more to make them work just right on your car. Plus the fact that it's an expensive kit since it includes manifolds (which you wouldn't need for Sport 500's or GT2530's).
