Think outside of the box.. If they don't fit and you got them cheap you could probably resell them and make some cash off of them anyways.. One word of caution is even though he is your friend just remember the bigger the easier they are to bend have them checked. Also you are going to have to lower your car as well. And ofcourse where are you going to find any rubber for these at decent price I am sure a 285/30R19 and 245/35R19 are crazy expensive like $300 per tire or more.. And last thing of course is that they are probably a bit heavy even if they are RC5s... However its your think do what you wanna do..
