Areas right at the lip of fenders can be tough, if not impossible, because of the way the metal is there. Even if they try it, sometimes it will spiderweb. Most other areas they have no problem getting to. Some may require some small drilling to get behind the panel but if it does, it'll be in a hidden spot and they have factory looking stopper to fill them up. It was no problem for my odd spots though I did have one on the fender lip they couldn't get. As for the door and the outward one, they should be able to do it. In fact, part of removing ANY dent usually means rubbing it so that it sticks out a tad and then re-pounding it gently back in.
