2. How do you remove the dents?

3. Is PDR a new repair process?

No. The technique of paintless dent removal has been used for over 20 years by vehicle manufacturers to repair minor damage on the assembly line. The process has become more common now with ligthter gauge metals and more flexible finishes on today's vehicles.

4. How long can I expect the process to take?

Most work is completed in 30 minutes to 2 hours. Appointments are scheduled at the customer's convenience.

5. Is paintless dent removal an accepted alternative by the insurance industry?

Paintless dent removal is just now becoming accepted by the insurance industry. Although it is mostly used on a referral basis. They are still working on how to account for the use of paintless dent removal but do highly encourage its use.
