Message	Kinda like Wolf's satin black finish? Is the only way by powdercoat finish? Also, can someone explain this process to me? Is it a uniform finish? What is exactly this powder, and how does it look? Does it look like paint and is it quality. Where do you get it done and what is a ball park figure to do it to a set of TT wheels?
