Your running rich. Nothing to think about. Buy an AFC and !tune! on a dyno.
Chips don't fix A/F ratios. :These pulls where made on pump gas (93oct) and boostjets 14.5 psi.
buy a boost controller to control your boost, and bring turbo response up :The numbers seem low to me compared to some of the charts I was able to find.
they are definently low for 15psi. Honost questions;
did you just wake up and go dyno?
or did you pull ECU codes, index spark plugs, run compression check, and check for vaccuum leaks? looks like you havent done any preventive performance maintenance.
