and the bottom of the cup, cut it done the side. Put the plastic over the crank, get a piece of plumbing tubing just a little bigger then the crank, use a little oil on the plastic to help slide, tap on the seal until it is flush and twist the plastic cup piece off crank. Thats how I did it, Worked the first time. If need more help or more detail just ask.
