Take him to COURT instead of "payback." This will cost him $money$ If he does not give you everything you want.....no questions asked..... then do this,
Fist find a judge...(before/after)
Find the most expensive "car" cleaning company possible (cars with suede are very hard to get cleaned professionally). Add towing charges also. Also, rental charges while you have to do without the Z. Next, I do believe you are right about the throwing. This has to be againt some type of "projectile" laws. Reguardless if it was a Feather, Coke, Rock, or a Brick. It is still a crime. I believe the cop doesn't want to get involved because it will take more time out of court time for him. [extra work] so I would call your local D.A. and ~~~FuMe~~ about what happened!!!!!! The guy who tossed the drink does not care about YOU (from his actions taken, even though he knew your pasenger, right??). Why do you think he tossed it while you were going down the street? Because he though it would be a COOL thing to do! no. What if the drink hit you in the face and you lost control and killed your friend??? Find out what you can press against him FOR SUCH A LAME ASS TRICK!! Don't take the roll of the submissive, you have all the power. If you don't want to KILL him in court (which you can), make sure he gives you every thing You Want from this experience. Still, call your local D.A. to get him in a corner and find out what you can get him for. I believe you can get him: jail time (well at least Public service for vandalism AND definitely assault), cleaning charges, and state fines. If you want to press charges, do it soon.
