run ~25psi with advanced timing, and 28psi with my normal timing without ping. The 530 car performs like it has higher compression and it was not as allowing of psi or timing. I can say though that there is a significant and appreciable amount you can play with both parameters when the water is flowing though - its not one of those things like "I'm pretty sure it is making more power", its definately a "I KNOW it is making more power" and you can definately see the differences in psi and timing - several degrees and psi worth of advantage. Finding the limit is specific to each vehicle and the limit must be determined by testing.
