Message basically, anything inside the 270 loop is ghetto and crime riden streets.
you barely slow down for stop lights, much less stop for gas.

I *think* saint louis has the highest car crime (stolen, carjacked, burglarized) of any state in the union.
And there is no police precense any where in "STL". Actually, I took pictures of the Saint Louis police sation in East Saint louis. In the back, there are the remnents of about 25 to 30 police cars that were vandalized, stolen, burnt, or crashed ... I'll see if I can find em on my PC and post em later.

I have no idea why anyone would want to live or raise a family in and around Saint Louis.
