Message	damage the stock cast pistons. This is not always true. We are rebuilding a motor now that had all of the rod bearing destroyed due to detonation (NOS/too much boost). Not one of his pistons had a single mark of damage. The rod bearings were so destroyed that it took over an hour to get the oilpan clean of metal. The car ran perfect until 2 passes with NOS, it then had a bad knock. He was running ~25 PSI (TDO5 turbos) and a 100 shot. He assured us that his fuel he got from Australia was 110+ octane, but he doubt it.
