Message *Remove all that is not necessary in the car (spare tire, t-tops, t-top bags, etc.) - the less weight you can remove the faster you are.

*Get the highest rated octane you can and add some octane booster. Also, only run on a low amount of gas...remember what I said about weight.

*Lower your rear tire pressure a bit, only about 10psi at most. This will allow for a tad bit better grip.

*Do your regular scheduled maintenance. Plugs, radiator flush, clean air filter, clean throttle bodies, etc.

*Work on your launches. Z32 launch at higher RPM's than most cars. Take some time and get used to the car launching from a stand still. Try different RPMs to allow for the least amount of wheel hop.

- This is a very lamine breakdown for the very basic starting off drag racer noob. It is not detailed but use your imagination and remember to always stay legal. Good luck and hope some of this helps.
