he received and installed the items, he filed a claim with PayPal and they told me that his filing was because he never received the item, but I've contacted him and he says that the claim was because one of his costumers paid him with fradualent funds. For the past week I've been trying to call him but this time he's not answering the phone. I'll highly appreciate if someone could tell me what to do next. Because he received the items and told me that he was totally satisfied with them, PayPal says they can't do much till they hear from him, and now I'm $605 SHORT in my budget because of this problem. Any help will be highly appreciated.
