you said that you had 3 quarts in the pan...you didnt lose that much oil. now in my groundpounder days,ive thrown rods and busted diffs.i slung a rod at triple digit speeds.the engine developed an irratic idle,got really load and noisy,dash warning lights came on andi coasted to a stop.
when my diff went,it was a loud bang,the rear tires locked up and the car felt like it was on the front wheels and the front bumper.i almost wiped out.oh,and it flung the driveshaft out too.
My child, you have come to me my son. For who now is your father if it is not me? I am the well spring, from which you flow. When I am gone, you will have never been. What would your world be, without me? My son.
