Message	tig welding and fiberglass filling should be able to assist. Of course they could probably prep and paint it as well. Try to find a one stop place for it, as it will probably make things a lot easier. You'll need to get an idea of what you planning on doing as far as modification. Google search on "vents for hoods" and "hood vents" and "Z3 vents". You'll get a bevy of links to various small vent producers. Stay away from the stick on ones and you should be fine. Good luck.
