At the moment, it would be a downgrade to go with the 350Z over the Z32TT. But if you look into the future, unforunately, the Z33 will be the car to mod. Not because of looks/styling, but because of the engine. Eventually, the VQ (or even newer series of engines) will have more potential than the VG. It already has almost the same power output that a stock Z32TT has. It just isn't very upgradable at the moment. I'd say stay with the Z32 for a while and see where the market goes with the Z33. As, zboost said, enjoy the car for a bit :) I know when I finish my Z project, I'd enjoy the hell out of it for as long as I could. Just my 2 cents though.
