As chip said, your shifting could be a simple cause here. Driving a 5-speed down the strip quickly isn't exactly easy. You may also have to look at the car itself especially if a great deal of time has passed since your dyno. You can look for low compression, boost leaks, etc. Your 60' time is quite nice but your MPH is a bit low especially with the nitrous. If you have a playback on your boost controller, that can help you see what the boost is doing. If you have your slip we can even analyze that somewhat to see if you missed shifts and such...though that isn't an exact science. If some time has passed, look for boost leaks, hoses that are cracked around the edges (sometimes they hide quite well). Also check your plugs and while they are out, have a compression check done. That is, if the car isn't holding boost on the street when you test it. Also, it's a bit hard to tell with the mods you have exactly what to expect. There's a lot of "custom" things in there and a boost controller that most people don't use. Of course, you did still put down decent numbers on the dyno but as people slowly come to realize, that does NOT equal track performance. If you have a copy of your dyno sheet for us to analyze, that would help somewhat. All told, the car SHOULD be quicker down the strip with a 60' time like that, a healthy car and decent driving.
