General Manager and worked it out from there. I told her about us having the TT.net banquet and explained the importance for rooms since the Hilton was filled already. After deliberating for an hour, an agreement was made. They knew another convention was not coming in a month, and then I explained that the block system just would not work. So...I broke down all the positives versus the negatives.... and now you have your discounted rates.
