it sounds as if you were not getting as much detail on the issue as needed to make you feel comfortable about the situation.imo, mail-ordering engine parts and having a 'local' tech install them is going to be a p.i.t.a. when there is a problem. i think the wait for the manufacturer is reasonable and without knowing the problem, they can't afford to send out new turbos.... i honestly don't see how any vendor could do more in this respect... im sure things will work out but the labor you've spent is probably spilt milk, i'd try to get more updates from Z1 as they hear the status from the manufacturer...
