you can get an amp with less power rating like an RF amp that will hit harder, seem louder and be exceptionally clearer. I guess it's the architecture they use as well as component quality. they may claim high snr and low thd but when compared to 'better' amps such as rf, alpine, xtant, etc. their higher power rating only means louder poorer quality sound.
If it's too good to be true, then enjoy it. Some things are just meant to be.
