Understand they have never put these turbos on a car yet, so you are essentially a guinea pig. Give them a break, work with them. They talk to like 50 customers every day the phone NEVER stops ringing. After they have worked with you the most that they feel obligated and you still feel treated unfairly, then use the law.
If you were to explain your story to a judge do you think he/she would agree that you should be owed a refund for the price of the turbos AND the labor involved installing/pulling them multiple times?
