Message	Yes it was in North Jersey, Yes it was black, not sure about what kind of rims, I wasn't paying much attention. The guy wasn't terribly skinny and it def wasn't a kenny bell unless he took the badging off. I have also heard the annoying whine that the KB makes vs the stock blower and it seemed that he was still running the stock blower. SR Productions
