Subject	Buzzing overhead

Message	91 300ZX TT started buzzing in the overhead housing that contains the overhead lights and switches. In the same housing there seems to a small circut board. This circuit board is vented by 2 gille slats. Anyone know what this thing is for? and why it would be buzzing? Thanks.
