Message	back rest to the head rest then that bracket has an overhang which will creat extra vibration AND the stem attaching the camera. A better sollution would be to attach it to the rear strut tower brace or on top of dash with some vibration damping bushings. But remember the lighter the camera the easier it would be to isolate vibration. It can be very inexpensive if you are creative.
