That must be the funniest thing ever. I used to own the SLOWEST Z in the club and I always took the rear to make sure no one is left behind. Sometimes, EVEN I had to slow down to make sure the one Z who decides to pull off the freeway to gas up can catch up. That is because he DIDN'T read the SAFETY rules that we had out at the begining!! We have write ups as what to do and not to do.
As far as stagglers go, I have only ditched one person, because he would not try keep up with the caravan and had made me fall so far behind that I couldn't hear anyone on the radio. Even in that case, I knew the other driver, I passed him, pointed to him to follow me. He had joined us for the drive down and up. The rest of the time, he was doing his own things anyways.
