Message	got screwed - i tried to explain it was a very large powerful bike, was the 1st ride since it was put away the previous sept (6 months) and the throttle was sticking/carbs were sticking & i just cracked the throttle & it came up on me. Judge was about 85 & actually was a big asshole - was a very smartass towards me (i was in suit & all of course) he said he'd be nice & not take my license away - still gave me all 6 points, $600 fine, and of course i had the damn lawyer fee of $750 - then i even had to take a drivers course as well.
