Not sure how it will work for you man. As I posted below, electric fans on TTs are hit and miss. It takes just the right fan assembly and installation to get them to work. Many in cooler climates have tried and failed to get it right (a few have succeeded). Given the difficulty in getting reliable, all-around performance out of them, SpecialtyZ wont even sell a "kit". They just install them for a few people that understand the risks and the drawbacks. Any roadracing or prolonged hard driving will raise temps a bit higher than the stock fan would because the airflow of stock is superior to the airflow of a shrouded electric fan at higher MPH. That being said, you have the perfect situation for a set because you wont be daily driving the car and will be doing 1/4 mile runs. That's perfect for the fans as they will keep the car ultra cool in line, after runs, etc. Then again, I have no idea if that fan will work right for you as I've not seen one used yet. I hope you have a Techtom or some digital readout as the stock temp gauge is WORTHLESS even if it works properly. Good luck.
