I'm speaking for a smaller percentage here, but a few Z-ers have their Z's as second cars or weekend drivers, etc. Doing this allows (at least for me) to choose when and where they take the Z... which, although not completely eliminating the possibility of a break-in, severely decreases the chances that they'll be taking it to an area where something like that might happen, or leaving it somewhere for any amount of time at all. I only say this because he has a stage 10+ Z, and although I don't know about other people.. I can't imagine it would be extremely practical as a daily driver =) Either that or get some dark tint.
