Message like some more aggressive tuner cleaners etc. It will clean off light oxidation and repel moisture to prevent future corrosion. I will apply to both ends of a connector and work the connector in and out a few times. Plug it in and you are good to go. I like to spray entire marine engines annually to prevent corrosion. Also helps to keep grease from drying out on throttle linkages etc. Can be used to help start wet engines (read the can). Works great on pitted electrical switches and scratchy rheostats. WD-40 is a great product.
