Subject	Anyone know about the Summit radiator catch tank?

Message	I ordered one a few days ago and it came in today. Upon inspection, I noticed a hole in the tank. It looks like a standard venting hole, but I am not sure. I can not pressurize the tank due to this hole. Is this normal? Or was it made incorrectly from the factory? here is a pic of the hole.... - Currently Broken
