Message	Live the other night and they had a special on side impact collisions and how so many cars fail the test even with side airbags. They showed slow motion accidents with dummies and how the head 75% of the time made contact with the other vehicle. You are very lucky my firend, very lucky. As far as the car, I hate to say it, but sue her. I think people are sue craxy in America, but in this case it looks like that may be the best route. You were obviously injured, I am sure you were in pain muscle wise. Plus your transportation was taken away after all of that work. I think suing her insurance is the only way you will get everything back to the way it was before plus some compensation for all the BS you are going to have ot deal with because of it. Good luck and just keep plugging away, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
