Message	...make them pay, and if they don't, follow up on your words and have an attorney call them. Most likely it won't go to court once they see that you are serious. Oh, and I would have the work done somewhere else and billed to the shop. Most likely they'll be a little steamed and do a half-ass job on it if you let the shop that damaged it do the work.
