Message and i personally would lose my ass if i sold my clients leads at $20+ a pop for something someone didnt fill out & request.
My forms even say that at the submission button "you realize you are submitting your information to be contacted & quoted etc etc" and IP addresses are collected and so on.

I dont know of any business that is 100% anything w/o having some fakes/bogus info submitted, but that is also why i have a database tech to try to weed out the bullshit leads (fake phone numbers, santa clause etc).

My leads are far different from what telemarketers call, they just get "lists" not leads typically, a lead in my line of business is only something that someone fills outs, submits, and requests.
