Dude, so I noticed the chick in my class as being really attractive. She is a bit shy as she goes to OBU (University right across the street) and she just takes a class or two at my school. She didn't really have any friends so I figured I'd grow some balls and take the initiative. So I get to talking to her on a daily basis and after about a week or so I get the number EASY. After a couple days, I gave her a ring and we chatted for a bit, mostly small talk, but after about 5-6 minutes, she mentioned she had to pick a friend up and had to go but she plainly stated "I don't want you to think I'm blowing you off, but I have to go." I was somewhat insulted by that and haven't called her back nor talked to her since. I'm still not sure if she was blowing me off or really had to go but either way I'm getting the strange feeling like I want to talk to her again. Maybe this will be a great oppourtunity to try my luck on what you mentioned!
