Message	not be a leak so much as it could just be a pinched line to the overflow tank. Happened to me recently and it turned out to be just that. Some other goodies that could assist, hi-flow thermostat (SPL has them in stock), and maybe something simple like a radiator guide could assist. If you've flushed for air bubbles and are good on leaks, maybe you should just improve on what you've got. BTW, what mix of water wetter and actual water/coolant are you using?
