Message	No, that drunk driver shouldn't be flogged. He should be set on fire and burned for 45 seconds. That will never happen in this country but if peeps got their hands chopped off for stealing, nads removed for rape, and homicidal felons were rendered immediate death after case is proven, America would be a lot safer. Hell, I'd be up for flogging if someone were caught doing grafitti. It's such an eyesore in metropolitan areas like San Francisco and Los Angeles. Now if anyone were caught messing with or trying to steal my car, I'd have an alarm that electrocuted them instantly when they try to get in my car. I eat rice, I don't put rice on my car!
