Message	can't see the pics, but remove the 2 10mm bolts on the bottom of the fender, and work the panel with your hand. you may need to work the fenders flange with a pair of pliers to flatten bent up flanges. anyway, as you work the fender with your hadns, you can tighten the bolts. I just did this job 4 days ago with great success.
