Message I have a line on custom made rear diffusers that are made for real race cars (ff2000,s2000, and toyota atlantic series cars)

Since I can only upload images to streetneeds (cant view any), I'm going from memory here;

The diffuser is composed of 6 layers of 6K carbon weave.
The structural reinforcements are structural foam.
The final layer is 2x2 plain carbon weave.
The size is roughly 42" wide, 33 inches long, and has 6 inches of rise.
It weighs in at less then 5 pounds and is VERY stiff.
(while taking these photos, it kept blowing away, lol)
This part can be easily painted.
The cost is $650.oo for a 2 verticle vane version (4 total if you include the outer vanes).

Any comments or legitimate interest is welcome.

here is the 2x2 weave...
Due to the custom nature of this product, the verticle vanes can be done in any configuration or number of vanes.

Here is the first prototype version with only 3 inches of rise.
Through testing on the track, they came up with the second version as shown above...
The point of these pictures is to show the mounting structure used for this application, and the vertical inner vanes installed.

The shop houses 15 cars for various customers, encompassing various 'amatuer' ($$$) and 'professional' ($$$$$$$) series cars.
This car is a toyota atlantic series car which is the fastest and most 'capable' car.
