Message Two things:

1. Calling your dad a thief and anything else they called you constitutes defamation of character especially since they did it in front of witnesses.

2. The BBB is not interested in helping you. It's only interested in helping it's PAYING members. That's right, they will do anything to protect their MEMBERS, up to a point. For all of you who think going to they BBB with a complaint is going to resolve any conflict are sorely mistaken.

GET A LAWYER any good lawyer will sue on your behalf on a contingency basis. Meaning any money they collect, they will take a pecentage of, after the fact. If you lock out and get a judge that sides with you, there is always the possibility thay he will add your legal fees to the award.
