Message	Your stage II is a good deal quicker than his car. You will basically hand him his ass if you guys wind up past 100mph. If you guys are at highway speeds and launch and run up, you could do it blind folded. THose BMWs are great but none are true sports cars. 540is are a great comprimise, I know because I love them so much and drive them often. Off the line, his car is a bit easier to launch but get to third gear and you will just keep pulling. Also, you might want to wager a raise on this race :).
