Message	over the summer with a full hardpipe IC kit. My original idea was to use copper as the core and, although this is great on paper, there are inherent disadvantages to copper (weight and corrosion in particular, along with cost) that have at least delayed the project. Good luck on your own project, and be sure to keep us in the loop as to what happens.
