Theoretically [sp] it should. but remember that although the high end amps are putting out 0 watts, there are not putting out zero volts, so depending on how many volts they are puttin out verses the stock unit will depend on how it sounds. Look...if you are putting in a cd player that is nice enough to have no output dont wste your time hooking it up to bose speakers and amps. It isnt hard to replace the speakers..very easy...but takes some work..again,,very easy, but will take time! HIH
