Message	Autoweek just did an article on older cars being hard to import until this year when OBDII requirements were relaxed in some cases. They said it was nearly impossible to bring a car into compliance after-the-fact. OBDII is on-board diagnostics, 2nd generation. It is the emissions-control system. - John
