Message	Without conducting a complete comparison: additional O2 sensors, different ECU, different camshafts (though not really related to the workings of OBDII), different connectors, among other stuff. It's really more of the way the computer reacts to/monitors how the engine is operating to maintain optimum emissions levels. You could modify, but it wouldn't be worth the trouble or expense!
