Message	That's assuming you finance the whole amount.... we already have a house with equity so that would get rolled in. Even so, we're not sure we can afford to live there. Plan is to build in a couple of years if possible. If not, we turn the land over. It's one of the last undeveloped pieces of real estate in our town which is locked in on all sides, so the only way the value of the land is going is up.
