Subject	well i changed my oil today and found a some bad stuff

Message	after draining oil into the pan, i filled the car back up with new 10w30 synthetic, went and drained the old oil out of the pan into a container. After it all drained out i noticepeices of metal. then i noticed a peice of gasket. about 1 inch and a half long by 1/2 inch. what the hell. also a peice of flat metal(i think was a part of the gasket). My car has 108000 on it and doesnt smoke,runs great, full boost. So now after i run my compression test which i think should show good numbers. what should i do I was about to get the car painted, i have about 3k for a paintjob. So now what do i do? even if my engine compression still shows good numbers, do i save this money for a motor job? any advice would be apreciated. jerry
