Message	I guess you could use roofing/flashing sealer to hold your interior pieces together and then use some R-13 for "soundproofing". I think that Ice Shield helps with heat insulation also but R-13 can do that too. Those R-13 mini-rolls go for about $20 a roll. 91 TT 02 CBR954RR Who cares if its free?
