Message	answer on the phone either..I talked to them today,twice..And was told he would e-mail me back later today..Get home and guess what..NO E-MAIL!! Big suprise..I have sent about 9 e-mails to Z1 over the past year with a question regarding this or that,and have NEVER gotten a reply..So I called Coz and ordered a replacement part to fix the faulty Z1 part..Took me 5 minutes with Coz and when I got home,he had sent me an E-MIAL telling me when it was going to be shipped out..All hial Coz the King of customer service!!
