Message Well, went to the nervous Dyno today not feeling to sure about the car since the long, long sitting period.
I got the 2002 pump 92 octane out of the car and put some race fuel in.
The car ran kinda rough, but didn't feel like a loss in power over all. That was until it was on the Dyno.

Got on there and dialed in at 1.20bar ( 17psi ) for first run. Got it to fourth and punched it.
The car noticeably climbed in power but far like it did in the past.
I knew then that something was not right. Good thing was there where plenty of people around that knew Z's.
That first run yielded 299.00rwhp and 334.93rwtq.
Far cry from the 369rwhp and 426rwtq from my last Dyno on same parts and same PSI.
I was like O' brother and with all these people around too, lol.
So I ran it again and the car did the same thing, boost came on and it slowly worked it's way up,
then I watch the gauge and the boost would start to drop a little,
but more than that, the car was missing and then had a flame come out the passenger exhaust pipe.
So after three runs, I pulled it off looking like this.

All at 17psi ( zero adjustments )

1st) 299.00rwhp and 334.93rwtq
2nd) 297.75rwhp and 337.68rwtq
3rd) 299.85rwhp and 344.36rwtq

So later on myself, Ryan ( FunkyNWZ), Jeremy ( Trik300zx ) all went out and looked over the car.
You could hear the car running rough at idle and that passenger side exhaust note on the car was not normal at all.
So looked for vac lines, no issues there. Then we knew the car had to be running a dead cylinder. So we started pulling coil pack wires.
We found it. Cylinder number 4 was completely dead.
No Idle drop at all with the wire off, car made no change at all on or off. So maybe it was time or the 2002 pump gas clogged it who knows.
And if you've ever heard a motor run with a dead cylinder, sounds like crap and car shakes.

So all three of my pulls are on 5 cylinders only, for what it's worth. I will order a Bordor 850 kit Monday who ever has a set in stock.
I guess running 1991 stock 370cc injectors at 90% duty cycle a lot over a period of 5 years finally
done them in. Hope the rest of the people will post their Numbers soon.

Look how the car leans out, yikes.

Sport 500's, 555cc's stock gutted Dp's :( Greg hook him up. ( I think 421rwhp at 18psi ).

96 tt stock Plum color, new IForge Wheels coming.

Stg V automatic did 360rwhp ( I think ) very good numnbers for an auto.

Unusal color TT here.

So much that my Daughters loved it, they called it the Barney car, SSSSshhhhh :)

Jeremy ( Trik300zx ) Skyline turbo's FMIC, didn't Dyno.

Chris B's new ride ( owner of HP Freaks ) 2000 GTS.

Lots of nice Old school

Then came this monster

Came on from just sitting in front of the shop. Landed a measley 780rwhp ( Turbo only )on first pass.
Very Loud would be an understatement. And yes the tires broke loose on the Topend.
Factory stock bottom end still.

So NO! to anybody who say's " gonna sell the Z now and work on the Supra". I'll take a Bordor 850cc kit Monday, still looking for a good price on a TD05/18g kit. The Supra will get parts, but not before the Z.

STAGE V++++
Going to XV+ and beyond :)

1994 Toyota Supra TT ( BPU )
